At Nooteboom Textiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unwashed and uncut fabrics. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold the fabrics and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Drop off your package at a local courier point using the provided shipping label or your preferred tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned textiles, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
